@mikesiva

Nuno’s results on the pitch didn’t seem firing - there had to be politics involved.

The Liverpool matches this season seem to have late drama

@Acid

Especially since Nuno took Nottingham into Europe last season, and deserved some leeway on the basis of that achievement. Losing Elanga was a major blow to the team.

Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa

Liverpool 1-2 Manchester Utd

@mikesiva

From reports it seems that Edu who heads recruitment did not see eye to eye with Nuno. For example Nuno wanted Adama Traoré but Edu went for Omari Hutchinson as he has a higher future value. Now I can understand why Arsenal recruited so many flops when Edu was in charge of recruitment at Arsenal. The coach should be able to select the player he wants, not the director of football.

Is City back, or getting back? ----- don't like how it" only Haaland doing the scoring. I still love City's style of soccer

@birdseye

IMHO the race is between:

Arsenal

Liverpool

Manchester City

So yes, I think City is back. Especially with Arsenal drawing.
