in St Andrew West Central despite a supposedly near record low voter turnout nationwide?

A certain man was losing with only 12 of just over 100 boxes remaining to be counted but miraculously won by a landslide when the remaining boxes were counted belatedly…
The results were paused for an inordinately long time at 87 boxes…then there was a sabotage of the internet cables for both flow and digicel…

The remaining boxes were transported through a bizarrely circuitous routembefore eventually making their way to the counting center…the explanation was that allegedly the returning officer fell suddenly sick…..
