MMR= Measles,Mumpr & Rubella

DPT= Diphtheria,Pertussis & Tetanus

Polio

The following are probably strongly advised in particular circumstances

Chickenpox
Pneumococcal disease
Hepatitis B
H. Influenzae

From pre-kinder it is a requirement that kids are immunized against most of those (not flu) before being accepted in public learning institutions. They have to get the required boosters before grade 7. He knows.

Difficult to determine your degree of knowledge if you fail to answer my eminently reasonable questions.

However, let us distinguish between two issues for the sake of argument.

a) the efficacy of any vaccine in combatting disease weighed against any potential side effects;

b) the ethics of allowing governments to mandate. i.e., with the threat of legal force, their employment.

It is this second area I would characterise as most contentious. Now, I request again more information on the situation in Florida. Do these mandates apply to the entire state population or some particular groups? If you lack specific knowledge about Florida, and live in another US state, that local information could still be of relevance and interest.

It is not difficult for those who know me



It is sophomoric to ask about the efficacy of vaccines like polio,MMR,diphtheria,tetanus and Pertussis as that has been established for decades.There is no dispute, controversy or discussion among medical experts who are overwhelmingly unified in their enthusiasm for the vaccines.The evidence is also very clear in what happens when the prevalence of people being vaccinated falls in terms of outbreaks.It is OBVIOUS and you can already see outbreaks in areas with lower vaccination rates.It is not complicated.This is fundamental and basic that anybody regardless of medical knowledge or a scientific background can clearly see.



There are always people who because of their medical conditions which make them taking vaccines problematic who therefore can not take the vaccine.That means that they are susceptible to the disease if they are exposed to people who have the disease.These people have a fundamental right too and that right is threatened if by changing your vaccine protocol their risk of contracting the disease is significantly increased.

The contentious nature is rooted in the belief by some, that Government should have no mandates, even those that make sense.This is usually peddled by people who are antisocial and believe that they have the right to do whatever they want even though it might and in fact will NEGATIVELY IMPACT OTHERS INCLUDING THEMSELVES.The Government in all FREE and DEMOCRATIC societies have mandates designed for the common good such as seat belts, car insurance, taxes etc.
If you are serious and feel that it makes sense to do away with all vaccine mandates regardless of what the consequences are, then you belong to a group of people who can reasonably be categorized as EEDIATS!!!!!!!!!

A Neil Degrasse interview I saw summed it up perfectly. He said that hundreds of years ago people ate organic no vaccines were around but yet the life expectancy was around 30 years of age!!!

He said what changed was Science people evolved and became more intelligent through science!!!

The Covid vaccine I can understand the skepticism but my God every other vaccine has been around longer than some of us have been alive this is just insane!!!

People were dying like flies prior to the vaccine.Hospitals were overcrowded.Ventilators were seemingly in short supply as people were being put on ventilators like never before.
How quickly you forget. Even the President of the United States had to be hospitalized.

Did you read the rest of my statement??? I have no issue with the Covid vaccine I said I can understand the skepticism due to short time frame it was released but it was obviously needed and thankfully worked!!! Now if you had read the other part of my statement is where I don’t understand why people have issues with the other vaccines that have been around for forever and are certainly tried and tested!!!
