Its even worse, there are some who are saying they aren't there yet, as the courts are holding. The circuit/Appeals courts might be holding, but the SCOTUS letting them out through the back door. The courts begging the SCOTUS to provide guidance as the conservative majority obliterates the constitution by providing no explanations for their often bizarre rulings.
