Naps Boy awarded President’s Medal
Reginald Mohammed, a standout student of Naparima College in San Fernando, has been named the recipient of the prestigious 2024 President’s Medal for his exceptional performance in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations. Reginald earned top honours in the region for his remarkable success at having attained 12 Grade Ones in the 2024 CSEC examinations in the science and business subjects, as well as Geography, Information Technology, and Additional Mathematics.
He placed first in the region in Mathematics, fourth in the region in Physics, fifth in the region in Information Technology (IT), and seventh in the region in Principles of Accounts (PoA).He was awarded a Certificate in Business for attaining Grade Ones in Mathematics, English A, IT, PoA and Principles of Business (PoB).At just 17 years old, Reginald has already has already amassed a notable list of academic accomplishments along his educational journey.
His mother added that her son has a strong work ethic in anything he sets out to do.She also praised his teachers at Naparima College for their teachings and guidance along her son's academic journey.“Reginald worked very assiduously towards this. I am thankful to his school for all of the support, his teachers and principal. We wish him the best in all of his endeavours,” said Sookram-Mohammed.
