How I feel about Kirani James too.
Grenada doesn't have guard to change ...but he has been the sole carrier of hopes and dreams of Grenadian track and field forever.
Making the final would be a win for me at this stage.
Not worried about her. Changing of the guard. Any medal from her is gravy. She gave us meat for years.

Tia is fine. she pulled up at trials but is fine now. She took second to Alfred in the diamond league a few weeks ago. they need to insert her in the relay or we have no chance
Tina not Tia - Tia still injured

Kishane sent a message. Hopefully, Oblique is doing the opposite of what he usually does. great in the rounds, then F up the finals.
on the women's side it is Melissa Jefferson vs Alfred. Father time has caught up with Shelly, and Sherika is not at peak form due to injuries. Cheering foe Tina to do well.
on a completely different note... i know you are a manchester man, so you will appreciate this. i was in Jamaica this week. At Golfview hotel, as I am from Cobbla. Trying to drive out of the hotel. A bag of police cars and excitement and activity going into Mandeville hospital. later learned it was from the "Brown Man" shoot out

the internet says that Levell doesnt want to practice with the relay team therefore he will not be on the 4 x 1. looks like someone really wants Kadrian Goldson on the team. Goldson should not run ahead of Watson or Forde, but i would not be surprised to see him. with no Levell i am thinking Ackeem to Oblique to Watson to Kishane. i dont think they like Ryiem Forde.

Kyle's plating head games
See how calm Seville was in the interview? Just like cricket where after one hit the middle or you get of the mark butterfly gone so should it be for Seville after the heats.
Hopewell don't find a way to screw up the relays

I hope Kishane is not another Asafa at these major events. He looked easy.
