It's a dead rubber for the visitors who are already confirmed a wooden spoon finish, but the Warriors have a lot to play for.

A win will not only help them finish on a high, it will also secure them the second spot, giving them two chances of making it to the grand final.

Barbados Royals have won the toss and have opted to field

Imran Tahir
- We also wanted to bat first, but now we need to put runs on the board. We haven't played a good game over some time, but we'll take some confidence from yesterday's win. One change - Shamar Joseph comes in for his extra pace, he replaces Hassan Khan.

Rovman Powell - We're going to bowl first, looks like a dry surface, but I hope dew can come and help us later. We haven't played good cricket, we've the youngest side in the tournament, plenty of last over finishes as well. We hopefully can take the learnings from this year into the next. I try to take the ego out of my batting, that's where my success comes from - one change for us, Kofee James comes in, Bosch sits out.

It's pitch 2 for today's match - the three games prior to tonight's game, the spin was around 2.02 degress, but they were day games. There could be some spin todanight as well, 64m square boundaries and 76m straight boundary. There are some spike matks, it could be slower as well - 32 wickets have fallen to spin this season and it could be the same tonight as well. Hopefully no dew, reckons Ian Bishop, in his pitch report

Simmonds to Quentin Sampson, SIX, massive, Sampson is on the move - walks forward to a good length delivery on off, leans into the drive on the rise, high elbow and a straight bat, sent it miles up in the air and dropped beyond the boundary ropes

Chris Green to Quentin Sampson, FOUR, the awayswinger from Green - but the length is short and wide of off, McDermott leans across, waits on the ball and then uses the pace to steer it backward of point for a boundary

Chris Green to McDermott, out McDermott Run Out!! Big mix-up and McDermott has been run-out - back of a length and at the stumps, McDermott backed away and punched it straight to the fielder at cover-point, there was no run there, but McDermott was keen on a quick single - Sampson started and then stopped, leaving his partner stranded in the middle of nowhere. de Kock collects the ball and breaks the stumps with ease

McDermott run out (Kofi James/de Kock) 2(6)

Zishan Motara to Shai Hope, SIX, clubbed, Hope is putting pressure on the young leg-spinner, picks up the flighted delivery on middle and then slugs it over wide mid-wicket, didn't seem to have come off the middle, but it hits the advertisement cushion on the full
