It's in farm country. I don't think they are many blacks in Pennsylvania.

I made the original mistake by naming Philadelphia as the location, based on an erroneous news heading to my inbox. I subsequently changed it to the state, as more information came to my attention. The actual shooting took placed north of Philly.
