Canada officially recognizes State of Palestine

Canada now officially recognizes the State of Palestine and is doing so with international partners to preserve the prospect of a two-state solution, according to a statement from Prime Minister Mark Carney's office released Sunday morning.

Another sign of Canadian shift from US policies to become more aligned with Europe.

The UK did so today as well. Israel called it recognising terrorism. I wonder who are the real terrorists .

I guess better late than never, even just to add more political pressure and embarrassment on Israel.
