Reigns supreme over CWI

India, I know there’s a lot of hatred here for Indian cricket however look at their developmental strategies…

Playing the Asia cup while fielding two other teams, India A and India U19 against- Australia, one of the best teams around.

While CWI rearrange chairs and prolong careers, the best in the game which we were part of and ruled, have moved on.

West Indies don’t believe in training and development. Do you realize, of the three formats, we have gone from the best team ever to toots in each one. Revolutionized one day cricket in the 70s and 80s, and we are now one of the worst one day sides in history amongst full members. Greatest test side in history, going unbeaten for 15 years, we are now one of the worst test sides ever, as 27 all out shows. Revolutionized t20 cricket, we are crap in that too now. That decline can only happen because the people in charge of the cricket feel that the Caribbean is full of big, strong black and brown people and as a result, cricket stars will just naturally spring up. And we have had that attitude for the last 40 years

Nepal like other sub- continent country.....has progressed tremendously..... cricket is passion....just like Afghanistan.....moreover, it is also seen as big money sports....

Now, compare it to West Indies......

No passion among youngsters...... moving on to new avenues.....

Not to forget.....the great mismanagement..... structural as well as adminstration.....non- answerable.....for failures......

I would argue that we still have the raw talent, however nothing structural to level them up. President Irfan is bringing some that in the near future.

Those are very poor nations, cricket is a way out, an escape.
