We would fire the Manager/Coach/Head Selector/Sole Selector without proper qualifications.....especially after being bowled out for 27 in the same year!

Especially after being employed for 1 Test series!!! Fire him to rhatid!
Only in Jamaica!
OH BTW we had coaches with nuff qualifications in Nepal....Hmm.
India got bowled out for 46 by NZD with Kohli and Rohit and lost 0-3 at home did Gambhir lose his Job????

Stay on track...We talking about losing a series to Nepal....not New Zealand.
Sad that a team selected by Sammy will lose to the like of Nepal.

I disagree that Jamaica would have fired such an unqualified coach, because of hia incompetence.
No way would Jamaica have HIRED such an unqualified and inexperienced coach, whose competence as a coach, or lack of it, mirrors his ability as a cricketer!!

Sammy was not the COACH on the Nepal tour!
You mentioned 27 that was in a Test series so I brought up 46 in a Test series! The first for both coaches!

Darren Sammy cannot escape the blame for WestIndies losing to Nepal. He has too much power and authority.

We have always had selectors. The best team was selected based on the Players who made themselves available. Again I am on record as saying that you cannot put together 12-1 3 Guys for the first time, two days before the series and expect them to beat a team that has been together for years. The Nepal loss falls squarely on the lap of the Administrators who did not ensure that the players were properly prepared.
WI are in no position to underestimate any Opposition.

A coach who has won wherever he has coached or played. Name one cricket Coach in Jamaica who has done that. I guess Jamaicans only believe in fancy paper credentials.
