CWI has invested HEAVILY in Floyd Reifer. He has his level 3 certification. He’s been given every opportunity……head coach of U19, A team, and 27’s right hand at international and franchise level. They gave him CCC to run. He was the guy at the WI academy. That is some serious investment to have ZERO return.
So I get the reluctance to walk away from that investment.
But the performances are there for all to see. At every level.
CWI doesn’t have much $$ to hire foreign coaches. I get that.
But give Coley de wuk. Try someone else. Ganga always runnin he mout about batting technical deficiencies in commentary. Maybe tell him put up or shut up.
At this point, trying someone else would at the very least give the impression that you’re doing something.
And this “experiment” with 27 as WI cricket GOD……has clearly not worked.
But yeah……”it’s a process”.

A bit of advice learn how to attack the office the person holds and not the person
His Resigning maybe a foolish move on his part, he should have been relieved of his post at the end of the Aussie tour

No I am not offended, his stint as batting coach has not yielded the expected results, our batsmen are not improving
Worse yet they seem to be regressing. We keep proving the point that there is a need for two tier test cricket
I just don't think we should call him shameless, that is a personal attack.

We have a problem our best cricketers are not involved in our coaching setup
India, Australia, England all have their best past players in coaching from the junior level
We have our average players coaching
