... After this 5-8 game stretch to come in and take over and become a hero, but he is selfish , egocentric, who is afraid of a challenge and is an opportunist.

Serves him right.

But VoR, why pass up an early pay check and the opportunity to make d damn ting wusser

@Halliwell

Greed and power

He will NEVER resign...even if we lose every international match till 2027

@Halliwell

Sammy made many millionaires. Since Stanford T20.

Sammy is not wanting for money. He has multiple endorsements/businesses and even has a Youth foundation. Money is not his motivation. He actually believes he can turn around WI cricket by instilling and transferring the passion and experience he has to others. Just like he did inn the two WCups. Just like he did when he played.

I will continue to support and defend him because I know he means well.

Again if he was so opportunistic as many feel why take the job now????

@voiceofreason

You are the best. Wonder if your love would be the same if his passport was different. You are such an hypocrite!

Only Sammy and his BL cannot see that we would have won despite Sammy. And due to this he feels he is the saviour of West Indies cricket. Sorry Sammy is VOR's narratives have us responding to his shyt.

DO you really think West Indies had any chance of winning that T20 championship without Sammy' s epic 8 runs and 1 wicket plus his inspiratuonal toss- spinning and clapping? 😀😀😀

@natty_forever

Who is the real BL here?

A Poster who has never initiated one post in his time here in the Rumshop but just follows every narrative the Anti-Sammy Brigade gives him.

Again...How many WC championships did with Pollard in charge? With Bravo in charge?

Again Sammy should have waited until OZ/India/ NZD then roll into town on his white horse to save the day!

Sammy you are guilty!

What is the charge?

Loving WI cricket too much!

Mon, Oct 6, '25 at 4:26 PM

@voiceofreason

Sammy luv himself, not West Indies cricket

Mon, Oct 6, '25 at 4:31 PM

I would urge VOR to research the terms

Figure Head

and

Titular Leader

That's how those championships were won

Mon, Oct 6, '25 at 5:45 PM

@Brerzerk

Why would I need to research such?

Research the term inspirational Leader whom can never be considered Titular or a Figure head.

Btw how many WC did Pollard or Bravo win as Captain?

Mon, Oct 6, '25 at 6:05 PM

@voiceofreason

Yet the Inspirational Leader could not inspire himself to score only 8 runs and 1 wicket more than CWI president Dave Cameron who was sitting in the stands and clapping just like the Passenger Captain whose main advantage was proximity to MOM Marlon Samuels!!😀😁

Samuels must have developed a hernia from carrying that parasite throughout the T20 tournament. Marlon's performance was so monumental that West Indies could afford to play 10 versus 11 with Sammy just a mindlessly clapping bystander😀😋

Remind me, what has the Golden Child won when he didn't have the coattails of "The Mercenaries " and "Prima Donnas" to ride?
