I finally cracked a code that has been driving me crazy for almost 4 decades…lost contact with some peeps that I didn't know if they were alive or dead…finally tracked them down one by one and reconnected …
one more box checked yesterday of a friend who had simply disappeared from the face of the earth who I’d thrown in the towel on ever finding..in desperation I reached out to a mutual friend …this friend said that she hadn’t been in contact with this other friend for decades either..she said that she would see what she can do.
I didnt hold out much hope but to my utter shock she messaged me to say that she found a number for this missing friend who has been living in Uncle Sam country for decades…had a long chat yesterday…great feeling…that’s part of the aging cycle…good friends I’ve had, and good friends I’ve lost along the way…no woman no cry….
