First of all this ridiculous idea that Sammy should be fired after 4 tests or 2 series is unfair to Sammy as no other coach was given such a short space of time to work with. So let us start with a realistic time frame to yield results!

The fact that the unqualified and inexperienced Sammy was named coach in the first place is unfair to those coaches who have spent the time and effort to garner the necessary qualification. Plus, it is unfair to this team to be saddled with such an inept "coach" who brings nothing to the table except vacuous platitudes
