Midterms is next year and MTG is no longer in Trumps inner circle. So things she could willingly ignore are no longer palatable when you are on the outside looking in, and in an election when you are not protected or consulted by the inner circle, what do you do when you can see the 120lb gorilla coming at you... For most of these guys they think some of these things will only happen to others and can only identify when it happens to their own. MTG told long before now that the BUB will impact health care premiums negatively but voted for it anyway and now she is crying on the realization that its impacting her ilk. It would have been ok if only poor people was taking the hit.
