Poor indeed, it was obvious, based on field setting, that India (Siraj) is using the short ball as a trap. Both Campbell and Chanderpaul should have recognized this and taken appropriate action. Chanderpaul did not.

These John Campbell LBW decisions that are given NOT OUT with impact in line , but pitching OUTSIDE OFF. Has this been always the case??? Or it is only on review because the Umpires call was originally NOT OUT???
I thought you can be given out LBW when the ball pitches inline as well as outside off.
