Amazing that years ago, I called for Chase to play as a bowler n the test team.

I got cussed by people here.

Now we are seeing that Chase is as good a spinner as any in Windies.

54 tests and 91 wickets.

Most wickets in this series with best average.

5 wickets in 3 innings, where Hindia loss 13 wickets.

I am not going to say that he is best choice as captain, cause I don't know who should be.

My choice for captain is Hetty, with Imlach as VC

However, Chase deserves a play in Windies test 11.

Warrican took 5 wickets in the series also, however, Chase might be the only spinner that plays when the WI tours NZ later this year. Chase needs to start producing more with the bat, at least help the team draw a few Tests matches, he is on pace to have the worst record as WI captain.

When WI had a spin-bowling coach Chase bowled all day on a last day in Bim and bowled WI to victory albeit vs Poms. I still say he should've not been named Cappo nor picked but now that he's there...
