Chase inexperience as captain showed on the morning of the 2nd day, he started the day with one fielder in the slips placed at 2nd slip and unfortunately for the WI Rahul edged the ball to first slip where no one was. Most seasoned captains would have figured that at the start of play that is when batters are most likely to give chances because they are not yet set, so close to the wicket fielders should be in place.

Pakistan humbled S A. It was all about their spinners. That is what at home means in most cricket nations.

Disagree when WI and even Oz were at their peak. Their wkts were prepared for 5 days of good competitive cricket. Pakistan's strategy is so extreme that they don't or hardly ever tour with those 2 spinners.

at the start of the second day of a test match do you think that the fielding captain alone makes the decision on whom to bowl and the field placing?
do you think this wouldn’t have been discussed with the coach, captain and perhaps senior players?
unnuh is something else doh
