I take my hat off to this gentleman for his unswerving commitment to West Indies cricket and his desire to give 100% effort at all times.He almost seems out of place when you look at the attitude and demeanor of some of his colleagues.He is not the most gifted talent in the team but what he lacks in talent he makes up with hard work.

His name goes on my team sheet every time.

We need more people like him.
