Methinks the selector needs to give the coach better players, or the coach is failing the selector.

look, the players don’t have motivation, even though they are led by Mr Motivation himself. Unless he and the backroom team he assembled are frauds, or at best incapable of effecting change.

I know it's a coaching issue, and not just coaching at this level, starts from the formative years onwards

It's not just yesterday we can't play spin. What is being put in place to correct this weakness ?

Hetty and Pooran won't make a difference. (Did we win that much more with them in ?)

Both don't need the extra work, making enough bank playing less

Team sport need team effort
