His record is not superior to KB.
So why boycott a test match if KB is selected ahead of AC????
Rohan Kanhai scored a memorable innings of 252 for the touring West Indians against Victoria in a first-class cricket match held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) from November 18-22, 1960.
This was the fourth first-class match of the West Indies' 1960-61 tour of Australia. Kanhai's dominating performance, which many observers rated as one of the greatest innings ever seen, was a key factor in the West Indians winning the match by an innings and 171 runs.
During this innings, Kanhai notably invented his famous "falling hook" shot (also known as a falling sweep), a flamboyant stroke that became his trademark. His aggressive batting was a major highlight of the tour, during which he set a record for the most first-class runs scored by a West Indian batsman in Australia (1,093 runs at an average of 64.29).
BTW That innings of 252 was so memorable that it made the New York Times, a newspaper not known for covering first class cricket in Australia, between a team from the Caribbean and a state team in Australia!!!!!!
