Reifer is the new 'Jimmy Adams'.
The Independent Voice of West Indies Cricket
Many of the haters avoid this thread like a plague and when it convenient you'll hear them shooting a lot of crapppp
@Onionman0
He is infact...a supporter of Shallow administration....in disguise.....
He not disguisin nutting anymore. Ultimately, he clandestinely beggin a CWI wuk. Except he eh foolin anybody.
I will give him this though:
His partner Santokie is quite good and not as “in your face” as Hewitt
The best cricket show for me in terms of content is still Mason & Guest, But Mason & Guest is once a week, their website is absolutely horrendous, so accessing past episodes is just a waste of time.
i would put caribbeancricketpodcast next after that.
They come up with good topics, some of their player interviews are top notch, they’re up to date and topical.
i give them credit for suggesting West Indies look to the diaspora for players.
Hewitt’s arrogance undermines a lot of the good work the show does. Hopefully Santokie can point that out to him.
The Cricket Forum is also fairly good, there was a rivalry between that show and the Machel St Patrick Hewitt show.
@imusic
Absolutely....in the episode where he talked about 6 diaspora cricketers....he vehemently pleaded with CWI.....to give him any post....so that he can act accordingly......he seems to be lobbying for job......with pro CWI and pro management shows....he is well within his right to do so......what stands out is the way....he deliberately ignore or twist .... to please his future employers...
I enjoy Machel and Santokie. I dont always agree with them but at least Machel tries to rationalize his arguments. I think that Kieran Powell's podcast is probably more analytical and I would probably put that at the top with Machel a close second and TopofOff third. I dont particularly listen to the others
Kieron Powell comes off as being a really bright guy and it is a pity that WI cannot find some use for him.
