Instead of flying in Lara & Viv just design a structure where your pay increases or decreases based on your individual performance!!!
We’ve given someone like Brandon King multiple multi year contracts to decreasing performances his pay should decrease until he performs and likewise if he exceeds expectations he can receive an increase!!!
