Now she has no assets to help. The T&T flotilla is being repaired and has been nonfunctional for the last two years. Parked at Staubles Bay.

PM Rowley chastised the opposition when they asked questions about the vessels he bought from Australia. They were nonfunctional, needing repairs. He claimed they were giving criminals state secrets.
