Narps...Melissa hit us yesterday winds and rain

High winds up to 90 km and monsoon rains flooded the saffron farm. 🙄

Tonight, frost and maybe a bit of snow... we are higher than Lake Ontario.

The Escarpment's total elevation in the Hamilton area is approximately 183 to 189 meters (600 to 620 feet) above sea level, with the base being much lower, near Lake Ontario's elevation.
The dramatic cliff face of the escarpment in this region defines the local landscape, and the change in elevation is most noticeable when travelling up or down the various "accesses" in nearby Hamilton or the surrounding towns.

Heavy rain pushes into Ontario Thursday, warnings in effect

A low pressure system tracking south of the border is pulling in tropical moisture from Melissa, bringing rain and wind to southern Ontario and Quebec through Friday.

Rain will ease across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Niagara by Friday, with conditions expected to dry out ahead of Halloween festivities. However, Ottawa is set to see persistent evening showers.

Rainfall amounts are forecast to range from 20-30 mm for most areas.

Kingston, Ottawa, and Montreal could see heavier totals of 30-50 mm or more.As the system continues to move out Friday evening, widespread winds of 50-70 km/h are possible, posing risks of power outages and hazards like debris or unsecured Halloween decorations.

You have a bunker ready in Rousillac... 😂

Trump is under pressure to release the Epstein files, so he will do anything to take away such heat. Some GOP members voted to stop all tariffs against Canada in a resolution. Awaiting the Supreme Court's opinion on tariffs in about 30 days.
