@pariaman
Very much so indeed. He is rewarded by being given chance after chance despite many failures while others like Motie are instantly dropped and Jangoo remains on the bench. King will play a least 2 more matches in the series and will definitely be in the world cup squad. Chase is immortal in all West Indies squads - will never be dropped, form or no form.
Some players are just able to please Sammy more than others.
@Seechy
Dude chase has been decent. He's done very well today.
Something needs to be done Abt king though
@natty_forever
How the sole selector looking now?
Sammy did jack. WI won in spite of him.

He did very well? Isn't he supposed to be an allrounder? Soaked up 27 balls for his 28 - all the commies were getting frustrated with him. Even Rovman said it was a 180+ pitch.
@natty_forever
At least Sammy not insular like you'll raasclaat!
Nutty is that you?
@Seechy
Please Sammy more than others lol. All this speculation. Here are the facts. Brandon King was granted a 2 YEAR all-format contract by CWI so Sammy has to select him and stick with him.
@Edrich
Passenger in seat 53 is our liability. We have no choice but to fly with him.
The real question is why was Brandon King seen as an all-format player in their same breath as a Shai Hope, Jayden Seales, Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph and Gudakesh Motie. Another point is that if they dropped Motie for remedial action, perhaps they can do the same for Brandon?
