The so called mercenaries are funding the contracts for 27 hand picked homies every year.
10% of their IPL fees going to CWI.. and they claiming that they broke.
Pooran - 220k
Hety - 110k
Narine - 90k
Russell - 90k
From those guys alone they are getting 510k... thats a full year's contract for at least 5 of 27's homies.

So let me ask you something.
Who developed these players?
Did they just arrive on the scene and were fully funded by their families or private sponsorship. Did they play in non- West Indian tournaments AT u-15, u-17 u-19 ? 10% is chump change to what they should be giving back. Also Pooran, Russell and Narine are all retired from International cricket so they do not require NOCS to play.

Same for all Caribbean people who were educated in the Caribbean and then chose to live and work abroad....They were educated on tax payers money which their grandparents and parents were contributing to
