Hosein only bowled 1 over again, 2 matches in a row. He gave up 23 runs in his 1 over! Kept bowling wides. He is one dimensional and cannot turn the ball away from the lefthander like Motie can.

Motie was dropped from the squad just for giving up 13 runs in his 1 over in Bangladesh. Hosein has failed in this match but will he be dropped? Why is he untouchable? Why is Pierre in the squad? Why is Motie dropped after 1 over let alone 1 complete match? Don't you see the farcical and devious behaviour at play here?

Disagree on both fronts.

1. You cant go into a T20 match with only 5 bowlers and with no spinner who takes the ball away from right handers. True that NZ lefties have dominated but every game is different

2. Hosiein is still one of our best T20 bowlers. They need to strategise better to utilise him given all the lefties. Even though the wicket is seaming they can still get an over in from Akeal in the powerplay. And its also taking some spin. Bowl him earlier before the batters settle. Today was not a good indicator of what he can do against lefties

Unfair to who? Hosein the chosen one? I am simply stating the fact that Motie was dropped after 1 poor over in T20Is but Hosein won't be. You don't have to get up in your feelings about it 😂

I will continue to target Chase as he is the chosen one who will not be dropped and I will continue to comment on Motie's unfair treatment because I know who is the better cricketer. Motie doesn't need to be selected ahead of Hosein, because both spinners played together for 2 years. Hosein bowled in the powerplay; Motie bowled in the middle. Why can't this template continue? Why change everything up, especially going into India where 3 spinners are needed? If ain't broke, don't fix it!
