must know they are picked as leading batsmen in the team. So they must assume the role of leading batsmen. The most important part of the job is being able to analyze the state of the game and adapt their batting to guide the team to a winning total. When Hope is out their wickets become more valuable so they must now think they have to bat to the end. They must learn to bat with the hitters and hold one end to guide the innings while maintaining a decent scoring rate. Their journey to success starts with being mentally alert and then everything else will come.
