Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves claim to have sent over EC$15,000 of his own money, to students from his country currently studying in Jamaica. Ralph who spent many years studying in Jamaica which has been severely impacted by the hurricane Melissa, leading to utter destruction, devastation and unimaginable damage rendering even some well-to-do Jamaicans homeless in matter of hours. Melissa was no respecter of homes, from some immaculately maintained mansions built with bricks and cement to some low income housing built of wood were all demolished in the wrath of Melissa.
