Honestly I don't think it has anything to do with the management. I think most of it is the player's responsibility to want it bad enough.

I beg to differ bro, I'm not saying that Sammy and co are solely responsible, however, CWI has a tendency to shot itself in the foot. Why was Cooley removed as test coach when we were getting postive results? We tend to reward mediocrity and behave as if there aren't other choices out there. The excuse is that we have tried that already, which I don't accept. We can do better
