I think that MTG committed political suicide by going anti-MAGA/Trump.

She's posturing for running for President in 2028, or for Governor of Georgia in 2026. She doesn't stand a chance of winning either.

She was intimidated, the MAGA cult could be vicious, she was transitioning to being more centrist and that offended the base, she will make a lot more money now being a political critic,
