Looking at the Barbados vs WWI match and the standard of umpiring is worse than the standard of play, at least two top order batters were given out LBW when it was clear that the ball was going down legside. The WWI batting collapsed after that. Are these umpires graded or reviewed to determine if they are fit to umpire first-class matches?
