Jomel Warrican should not be the Vice Captain if he cannot be assured a pick in the starting eleven.

West Indies Management must do better and appoint another vice captain who can command his place on the starting eleven in all circumstances.

Absolute waste to give him a title which he cannot use.

It was a very silly to name him as VP in the first place .He cannot guarantee a place in the side so why embarrass him .

In the last Test series when he was first appointed VP he only played in the First Test and after a very disappointing bowling performance he was promptly dropped .

So it is very, very foolish to retain as VP especially for NZ when we know the wickets are fast.
