Dead bed. Dreadfully Depleted Bowling Attack. Diabolically weakest New Zealand team in history..broken clock…and men are salivating over a mere draw….how hath the mighty fallen!

@Chrissy

Let’s not get carried away…NZ struggled to field 2 fit frontline bowlers on the deadest bed in history…not to mention the luck of umpiring incompetence..clear edges not given….this is an anomaly..it will be back to regularly scheduled programming in short order…

Andre Coley won in Oz and in Pakistan…that’s what is worth celebrating…

Faloony unhinged! Back to back tests where we have shown extraordinary fight to compile big scores and instead of taking a sabbatical, Faloony is trying everything to discredit the West Indian Team. All because of Sammy!

HA HA HA HA!

The record wicket Stand counts for nothing ?

As the late, great Sir Conrad Hunte told me…Context Matters…

Sobers 365*

Hunte 260 run out

Partnership 446

West Indies 790/3 declared

446-260=186

Sobers walked away with the accolades….Pakistan were being ran ragged….fielders dead on their feet…on comes a substitute..Hunte forgot..knocked for what he thought was an easy single ..much as what he did all day…fresh sub swooped…Hunte run out..the rest they say is history…The Sobers Record would have been Hunte’s for the taking….

So Context Matters my friend…

@FanAttick

Context does matter I agree...so how can you honestly compare the CONTEXT of the Sobers Match when I was yet not 10 yrs old with the ENVIRONMENT that none of these youngsters playing today has ever experienced?

This Match- THe fight back under our present state of affairs and the constant barrage of in your face Social Media deserves its own place in the said Annuls.

Give them their flowers Fan...

It is Test Cricket and we saved a match chasing over 500 runs with only 6 men in the Hutch.

That is worth a headline for us starved fans sah.
