WI should have pushed for a victory

  1. we had NZ on the back foot
  2. Greaves and Roach were doing well
  3. NZ bowling was severely depleted
  4. umpiring decisions were going our way
  5. our batting is still inconsistent
  6. we may not get another chance to win in this series
  7. would have set a record for highest run chase

A few observations-

  1. just recently some were cussing Roach, how he is slow and can only take wickets in the WI etc but oh boy
  2. That JHo should have replaced Just in Greaves; JHo is bits and pieces and should not be near a WI test team
  3. that Hodge drop was telling
  4. Seales is not taking wickets
  5. Chase can’t bat but his captaincy is not bad
  6. Imlach is better than the Tit ball stopper but he must settle down
  7. WI must develop a swagger and a few bad boy (not prima-donnas) headline grabbers

@sudden

When I was in primary school, I read a fable about a dog with a bone near the water and he saw another dog in the water with a bigger bone.

For some reason your post made me think of that fable.

Suddenly very fairy like these days.

@Dukes

A very unfortunate comparison and not a proper analysis of my submission πŸ˜†
