On a serious note...

How do we look at the West Indies cricket team as whole if we continue to assess the team as parts?

Looking at Justin Greaves, Shai Hope and Roston Chase as Bajans on the West Indies team vs West Indians keeps tribalism intact.

Great piece Nickie.

It was a great effort by all the parts to make a whole.

Maybe it is showing who is really prepared for the top level of the sport. This is international competition and you have to be mentally prepared to handle it. We have a bunch of guys who are walking wickets and they just get recycled over and over again and expect different results.

Chase is a perfect example. Hodge is dropped when all the man does is fight. Alick and Chase plays then folds like a cheap pack of cards. We play the game like a "food match" while our opponents want payback for our years of domination.
