Instead of me saying anything,I will ask people to utilize their god-given brains and listen carefully to Dr. Shallow between 3:57 and 4:30 of his speech..I played it back 5 times because I wanted to be sure I was hearing correctly what he said both explicitly but more importantly IMPLICITLY. and I suggest those of you who are not geniuses to do the same and then you would realize that Dr. Shallow is not that smart.

We in the Anglophone Caribbean have some very bright people BUT we have had some extremely POOR leaders who lack INTEGRITY,HONESTY and HUMILITY.Sadly Dr. Shallow has revealed himself to be in this category.

Nelson Mandela is one of the greatest Black Leaders of my time and reason why he is so revered is because he displayed those characteristics in spades.

I just played it back 5 times the same snippet you refer to and fail to see what you are talking about.

We live in a very small region and we have a large scarcity of professionals who have gotten themselves involved in cricket. To say because somebody is a an elected politician that they should not be the Chair of a sporting organization is as ludicrous as saying if somebody is the CEO of a corporation in the Caribbean they shouldn't be President of Cricket West Indies.

There is no conflict of interest that anybody has identified that requires him to step aside and I fail to see what this clamour for him to resign is about.
