England chiefs are looking into a video appearing to show an intoxicated Ben Duckett as they investigate claims of players drinking to excess during the Ashes.

The England & Wales Cricket Board said it would seek to “establish the facts” following the emergence of a 78-second clip on X in which Duckett appears unsure how to get home and insults a fan. It is unclear when the video was taken but a reference is made to England “losing 2-0” which suggests it may have been during the team’s ‘stag-do’ like trip to Noosa between the second and third Tests.

Man cricket and alcohol go hand in hand for many lol, I remember turning up on the first day West Indies vs Pakistan at Bourda, first over , I believe it was Stuart Campbell at second slip vomited his guts out lol. Heard the boys were at Palm Court the night before.!
