by the way in Ayaan Hirsi Ali's book "There is No God" she tells of the "enterprise" of Somalis and how it is strengthened through Clans.
An illiterate Somalis owns one of the largest, most profitable African trucking business that transport cargo from Southern to East and even North Africa. Most workers belong to his clan hence loyalty, productivity, honesty, profit.

Oh, yeah, in the West, there’s a clan culture brought from overseas, we see it mostly among Africans!
That said, other groups such as Chinese and Jews have their own clan culture but not labeled as such!
