@InHindsight

Sammy had cemented his place based on performance.

IS PERFORMANCE YOU SAY??

shock

@voiceofreason

iw would not even talk about his bowling where he averaged 39.89. That is the real reason why he was dropped.

Sammy was seen as a bowling allrounder.

What is Sammy's test bowling average?

@imusic

Yes I said performances.

Plus you are showing me his overall record. Show Bravo's

@InHindsight

I never hear Sammy griping about being dropped but the ' entitled ones' who has very little West Indian Legacy want to whine about being dropped for non-performing.

Make sense. You are confusing

@InHindsight

"Retelling" of history and downright LIES so disgust me!

Sammy once captain was never dropped from the test team. Spoilt brat pouted and retired from tests same day Ramdin became cappo.

Sammy never ever cemented his place but was foisted on the team as captain. Last 2 series before being appointed he played only when others were injured or out of form (Taylor, Bravo, Ramdin...)

Attorneys advised Gayle, Bravo, Pollard not to accept retainers because Hilaire crafted a contract that even if WI were not engaged they'd have to

stay at home to play local club cricket I.e. restraining their trade.

@Brerzerk

What that law relation to ex WIPA boss Ramarine? He was a significant part of the backward slide in WI cricket if you ask me.

Thu, Jan 8, '26 at 9:04 PM

@InHindsight

But no one asked you tho

@Onionman0

Falsehoods, the three who did not sign Hilaire',s trade- restraining contract in 2010 stilladr themselves available for WI, still played and even signed contracts in 3014 under Muirhead. Prior to Hilaire nary one missed a single WI game unless sick or injured.

Spitefully, word was spread that Gayle would not be available for IPL 2011, not being picked up he was then dropped from the squad vs Pakistan l. But the universe hates ugly so when RCB needed replacement they called him.

NB CWI tried not to issue him an NOC!
