Yep. Here's what makes no sense to me-The Chairman says its disturbing. How does this not reach the Board? How does the Board miss this? Aren't they supposed to be providing oversight? How many scandals are going to take place at MOH under Tufton? More & more it makes sense to me WHY they defend Andrew & attack the IC. They HAVE to stick together or ALL the corruption will be revealed and they are ALL implicated.
