Now why would a us immigration agency be providing security outside its country?

They are now a private para-military police force for the Dotard and his regime. They have very little restraint and operate outside of the constitution and conventional laws.

Their ranks have now been infiltrated by members of White Supremacist groups like the Proud Boys and from what I've seen from recent events most are ill trained to deal with any sort of civil unrest or even peaceful protest.

Their real objectives at present is to terrorize local communities in predominantly Democratic States and to meet their monthly quota of 3000 deportations per month.
