I asked a few simple questions, nothing exotic, just the kind that require thinking and, ideally, evidence. And right on schedule, the self-appointed pseudos slithered out of the woodwork with allegations, not answers, because answering would mean committing to facts, and facts are where their confidence goes to die.

No proof. No citations. No substance. Just insinuations delivered with that special brand of internet certainty that only exists when someone has absolutely nothing to back it up.

I saw where it was heading: the usual parade of deflection, tone-policing, and character attacks, the hallmarks of people who can’t debate an idea, so they try to mug the person holding it.The typical retort on thiis site.

That’s why I avoid certain “characters” on this site. They don’t bring arguments; they bring noise. Intellectually, it’s not even a difference of opinion,it’s a lack of equipment.
