Another truck rolled backwards on the new Bharrat Jagdeo Demerara River Bridge earlier today and is currently stuck on the structure, causing a severe buildup of traffic on the western approach to the bridge. The incident has significantly disrupted the flow of vehicles, with commuters experiencing long delays as authorities work to manage the situation.

This latest occurrence comes just days after a separate accident on the same bridge claimed the life of an individual. That truck rolled backwards at top speed smashing into six other vehicles.
