The way guys like Kevin Sinclair have been handled is very sad, there is lots of talent there, yes, he is temperamental but the regional boards and WI administration is very good at one thing, destroying talent, they just can't handle temptimental players, the easiest thing for them to do, is to cast them aside, we saw this with Darran Bravo
