Shepherd is a regular on the side. The official reason given for not appearing in the last match is "he has a niggle." Under these circumstances on can reasonably expect him to be included once fit.
Forde came in as a replacement and the cappo said "he has been really good hitting the right areas."
Pace is not the be all and end all in T20 cricket. We all remember "Dowe shall not bowl fast."
Shamar Joseph is no x-factor in T20 cricket. Most of us can recall that he sat on the bench of an IPL side for this very reason.
In my books, Forde plays ahead of Joseph but we all know the brains trust are likely to retain a winning side and I also have no problems with this.
