@imusic

Chase will come into the team but it wouldn't be for King. Sammy and Hope don't like to rock the boat. My guess is that he will replace Forde against SA.

King seems woefully our of form at this stage and it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to replace him with Chase and slot someone else in the opening position.

What they don't need is to have King opening and trying to play himself into form at the expense of scoring rate.

"Replace King with Chase"

It is way too early in the week to be drinking so much rum.

Why not Johnson Charles?

hahaha

@Halliwell

They waited for Powell, in excess of 5 yrs.

@methodic

Yes that is what should and will happen. Chase for Forde simple. King will be persisted with as he has done recently vs South Africa.

Could it be we finally have 13 guys capable of playing?

@Curtis

Good problem to have.

That being said I can see Kings confidence is shot and he is trying to hit his way into form.

Not sure how he can overcome the SA reality until he gets out of his own way.

I would persist with him with SA...he has to push past the gremlins.

I don't think anyone is denying King can bat, it's just that he is out of form which can happen to the best.

A total of 71 runs in 5 innings so far in this world cup is a lot to be worried about.

@Kay

Thats the rub..

We want him to STOP Worrying and just bat 🤓
