Yep. We gave it up in the powerplay.

On a good wicket like this a team does not want to leave a lot of batting resources on the bench and not score 220.

Yep...West Indies were outfoxed thinking India would use Jasprit Bumrah in the powerplay. The West Indies openers batted in the powerplay with Bumrah in mind and Shai Hope in particular paid dearly for it.

We gave up 15-20 runs there.

We surrendered the powerplay.

This could not have been the stategy of West Indies Think tank.
